The practical buyer questions

01What does Forecite do?+

Forecite helps trust-sensitive businesses get ready for the way customers are beginning to choose providers through AI search and answer engines.

The work is simple to understand: find the blockers that stop AI systems from understanding and recommending the business, fix those blockers, then measure whether the business is being named in AI answers.

02What is the free AI Visibility Audit?+

It is a fast diagnostic of your website and public business signals. The audit identifies practical blockers, ranks the most important next steps, and explains the findings in plain language.

It is not a long strategy project. The point is to show whether there is a real visibility problem before you spend anything.

03Is the audit really free?+

Yes. The audit is free because Forecite has built tooling that makes the first diagnostic cheap to produce. It is the proof-of-work offer.

If the audit makes a strong case for implementation, we talk about next steps. If it does not, you keep the findings.

04Is Forecite only for cosmetic clinics or med spas?+

No. Cosmetic clinics are an early outreach beachhead, not Forecite’s identity.

Forecite is for trust-sensitive businesses: medical and dental practices, mental health providers, law firms, financial advisors, premium local services, and other providers customers research carefully before choosing.

05Why should a business owner care about this now?+

Because customers are starting to ask AI systems who to trust, not just searching a list of links. The businesses AI can verify and explain clearly get an early advantage.

Most competitors have not fixed the basics yet. That creates a window to get ready before AI visibility becomes a crowded marketing channel.

Process

What happens after the audit

06What happens after I request the audit?+

Send your website URL, business name, city or market, and any competitors or AI answers you already care about. Forecite runs the diagnostic and sends back the findings or walks through them with you.

The audit should make the next step obvious: fix the blockers, measure more deeply, or do nothing for now.

07What does implementation include?+

Implementation depends on the audit, but common work includes AI crawler readiness, structured data, answer-focused content, FAQ content, entity and credibility signals, local profile consistency, review and reputation signals, and setup for recurring visibility measurement.

The goal is not to make a prettier website. The goal is to make the business easier for AI systems to understand, verify, and recommend.

08Do you need access to my website?+

Direct editor access is best when the business wants Forecite to make the changes. If that is not practical, Forecite can prepare exact instructions for your developer or website manager.

Your website, Google profile, domain, analytics, and other accounts stay yours.

09Will this disrupt my current SEO or marketing provider?+

It should not. Good SEO foundations help AI visibility, but this work covers a layer many traditional SEO programs miss: structured facts, entity clarity, answer-ready content, and the signals AI platforms use to decide who to name.

If you already have an SEO provider, Forecite can complement that work rather than replace it.

Measurement

How results are measured

10How is the AI Visibility Scan different from the free audit?+

The free audit diagnoses blockers and recommends next steps. The AI Visibility Scan measures visibility.

The scan is for paid customers. It runs roughly 500 prompts across AI platforms, takes roughly 5-10 hours, and records whether the business is named, absent, or losing to competitors. It is baseline and recurring measurement. It does not recommend fixes.

11How will I know whether the work is working?+

Forecite measures the actual answers customers could see: whether your business is named, whether a competitor is named instead, and how that changes after implementation.

Bookings and revenue can lag and have many causes. AI visibility measurement focuses on leading indicators that can be checked directly.

12Do you guarantee that AI will recommend my business?+

No. Nobody controls what ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, or Bing Copilot will say.

Forecite fixes controllable blockers, improves the signals those systems can read, and measures visibility honestly. A guarantee of a specific AI answer would be dishonest.

13What does “named, absent, or losing to competitors” mean?+

Named means the AI answer mentions your business. Absent means the answer does not mention you. Losing to competitors means the answer names another business for a query where you reasonably should be in the consideration set.

That language is deliberately plain because it is the business question that matters.

Under the hood

Technical detail, kept lower on the page

14What technical signals matter most?+

Common signals include clean crawlability, structured data, clear service pages, FAQPage markup where appropriate, sameAs links to official profiles, consistent local business data, credible third-party mentions, and review signals.

The mix changes by business and platform, which is why the audit starts with diagnosis rather than a fixed checklist.

15What is structured data?+

Structured data is machine-readable markup, usually JSON-LD, that labels facts about the business: name, location, services, people, reviews, profiles, and other details.

It does not replace visible website copy. It helps AI systems connect the facts behind the visible copy.

16What is llms.txt?+

llms.txt is a plain text file that can give AI crawlers a clear summary of a site: who the business is, what it does, where it operates, and which pages matter.

Not every platform relies on it yet, but it is low-cost and useful when paired with stronger website structure and content.

17Which AI platforms do you consider?+

The work considers the platforms customers are likely to use or encounter: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Bing Copilot.

Different platforms use different sources. That is why a business can be visible in one system and absent in another.

18Does AI write the content?+

AI may help draft or analyze, but Forecite does not ship raw AI content. Pages are human-edited and must be defensible for a trust-sensitive business.

Mass-produced content is not just ugly. It can weaken the credibility signals this work is meant to improve.
